“I wanted to make sure I thanked you for seeing me and helping me with my shoulder over the Summer. I am incredibly grateful and just wanted to be sure you knew how much I appreciated it. I was in so much pain and you had me back to myself in a week. Thank you thank you thank you.” ~T.F.

“Dr. Ashley has shown the utmost care in addressing any ache or pain I have accrued from fitness endeavors to work related ailments with the sunniest disposition.  Her availability is breath of fresh air, you won’t need to take time off from work to be accommodated or have long wait times between appointments.  Most importantly, her treatments are specific to you, having built a long patient-practitioner relationship, she often can tell how I will respond to various forms of treatment and gives me exercises to do at home to expedite my recovery.  She’s earned my lifetime business in just five years.  She is a brilliant example of what a chiropractor should be.”  ~Stew M.

“From the moment I first stepped through the door I have never once ceased to the feel the warmly welcomed atmosphere put forth by Dr. Ashley.  Teamed with her cunning expertise, healing my injuries has never felt so relaxing.  With her help I am able to pursue my goals of being a world class gymnast, getting closer and closer each time I walk through the door.  Her compassion to heal has set her aside as one of the most dedicated and successful in her field.  Without her I would merely be a mess of bones.”  ~Jonathan M.

“I was one of those people, skeptical of chiropractors. I believed that if you went once you would be hooked, stuck relying on your chiropractor for the rest of your life.  It took me meeting Dr. Worobec to turn my perception of chiropractors upside down. Dr. Worobec’s focus is on making your body strong and healthy, she taught  me the exercises I needed  to do to build the muscles needed to cure the chronic back pain I had been dealing with for years, allowing me to be free of the hours I had spent in doctor’s and physiotherapist’s offices year after year.  The prescribed exercises coupled with her Active Release methods meant that most appointments were longer than I had experienced at other chiropractors and focused on stretching my muscles and teaching me exercises to do at home not just an adjustment.  I am now a convert and tell everyone I know living with back pain or other injuries to see Dr. Worobec.” ~Jennifer M.

“Since meeting Dr. Worobec I knew I had met a chiro who cared and was not trying to hook me in for life treatment and not stop me from competing.  Her kind informative approach as well as understanding the worry that comes from having spinal work and acupuncture was phenomenal!  I tell all my friends/athletes and clients to see her for her expertise.”  ~T.K.

“I have been living with back pain for most of life, thinking it was only growing pains.  I didn’t think much of it.  I was diagnosed with scoliosis 4 years ago. Instantly, I started to freak out, I thought I would not be able to play the sports I liked or work on my feet for long periods of time.  Dr. Ashley assured me that I would be able to do everything I had been doing.  Proper stretches, good exercise routines, and regular treatment have significantly reduced my back pain.  She has been a great help to me.  The amazing staff is also always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. Thank you!”  ~Amanda B.

“I met Ashley (Dr. Worobec) in 2009 when I was suffering from severe shin problems.  She did everything in her power to help me recover and get me back to running.  I can say without reservation that she is the best chiropractor that I have ever met.  I trust her completely.  In fact, I won’t see anyone else but her.  I lived in New Zealand for 3 years, and during this time I had back and shoulder problems.  However, I knew that when it came to chiropractic work I could only trust Ashley.  So, I held off on treatment until my next visit home.  Once again Ashley ‘fixed me’; my shoulder is on the way to recovery, my back feels better, and I am back to training!  Thank you so much Ashley! You’re the best!” ~C.O.

“Ashley: I would like to thank you for all of the ART and Graston therapy you have used on my old running parts over the last few years to keep me running.  Your suggestions on individual exercises to strengthen the damaged or continuous problem areas was also welcomed and worked for me.  I would have to say that without your professional help and suggestions and general caring and concerned attitude for certainly myself and all of your clients has helped all of us get back to where we were.  Once again, thank you for all that you have done for me to keep me running.” ~G.M.

“Just a note to say thanks for your efforts to get me to the ATB (Around the Bay 30K) start line.  I took it easy throughout the race and finished in 3:15 standing up and smiling! I had so much fun!! My ankle is much better-I continue to do the exercises you gave me and I’m now in my new Asics which, so far, are working.  Got back to hills last night completing 5 repeats plus a warm up and cool down without a problem.  Thank you so much!” ~K.C.

“Hi Ashley:  Thank you so much for promptly seeing me when I injured my back.  I really appreciate you helping me out and following up so frequently.  Thanks for getting me back to my aggressive approach to CrossFit.  The Deadlifts and the WOD tonight went well.  I did not notice any discomfort in my lower back.  Ripping the ROCK tape off my thighs was the worst part of my evening. LOL.” ~J.L.

“I have been coming to Dr. Ashley for treatments for almost 9 years.  From my very first appointment she was able to target my problem areas and provide almost instantaneous relief. As a distance runner I’ve been challenged with my IT band and hips. I have always looked forward to getting in to see Ashley because I know I will feel better going out than I do going in!  Her attentive and calming manner is very reassuring when dealing with a persistent and painful injuries. On many occasions I have had injuries that have threatened to limit my ability to train for an upcoming race. Because of Ashley’s skilled approach of working through my problem areas and techniques for promoting healing, I have never missed a race.  I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone who is struggling with an injury and have recommended Ashley to many of my running friends.” ~C.M.

“I just wanted to say thank you for being so brilliant. You keep me healthy and feeling good.  I had such a successful run at the Run on the weekend.  My chip time was my pb = 30:13. My lifetime goal is to be under 30:00. I’m almost there.  I know that without your help I could not have done it. Your words of wisdom and your medical care have sincerely helped me along my running path.”  ~C.R.

“Before I was treated by Dr. Ashley I’ve heard nothing but great things about her and how well she’s treated patients. I had a minor injury w/ my legs and my right elbow and I thought it was about time to get it checked by a professional. Dr. Ashley introduced me to acupuncture and she taught me a lot of things that I didn’t know about the human body and what it really deserves before and after a workout. I know what injuries are like, they aren’t fun! I made weekly appointments with her to make sure I was 110% healthy before my Crossfit competition in September 2015. I didn’t see Dr. Ashley for maybe almost 1-2 months until, well when I needed her! Needless to say, there hasn’t been a time where I felt something wrong in my body where she wasn’t able to fix. Last week, I was suffering a tension headache from nightly grinding w/ my jaw and my teeth that wouldn’t go away! Tylenol, Advil, Aleeve, nothing helped! So! I went to see her. I asked her if acupuncture on my head would make a difference or in other words “heal me”. At this point I know my body responds really well to acupuncture so I knew I had nothing to lose. So we went with it. With the tension headache pain being 9/10 a week ago, I woke up the next day with a 2/10 pain. I was always afraid to have anyone tell me this is wrong with me or that needs to be done, but Dr. Ashley assures everything the right way with proper explanation and understanding. She is absolutely amazing and I will continue to go to her for as long as I can! Thank you for all your help Dr. A!”  ~N.Q.

“Life is beautiful and life moves so very fast. But life is not always easy and safe. We stumble. We fall down. We have an imbalance. We get injured. We can have setbacks happen that make life seem more challenging. And we need to stop, and ensure healing happens. Or we will continue to do it all again and again, and never learn from the original stumble that put us there in the first place. There comes a time in all our lives when we need assistance with this.  Someone to master an area of daily regimented life that we do not master ourselves. It is challenging when that area of life deals with the progress & development of our selves. But most importantly and sometimes most frighteningly, when it comes to our children.

Seeking assistance from professionals is not always as easy as we would hope. The assistance tends to come from referrals or recommendations from our family doctors. The source we start with when we know we need help. It is rare we have the ability to be simply set up with a professional that we not only respect directly, understand instantly, and connect simultaneously. But most importantly someone that we trust.

We trust with our own body. And we trust with the most important ‘small extensions of our bodies’, our children.

Now rather than go into the details about my own personal experience and the specific assistance I needed for my child today.

I will simply say that when a professional like Dr Ashley Worobec, is the one responsible for assisting in my child’s development & progressing them further (via physical therapy, adjustment, alignment correction, and so on). I can 100% say that I am grateful to have a relationship with her for many reasons. I could list the traits she carries that makes her excellent in a care giving role. Which she has every trait. I could try to put into words about her knowledge and ability in how she masters her craft with the healing, rehabilitation & recovery industry. Which she has all of the above. Or I could say the only thing that any parent wants to feel when they allow a professional to place hands on their ‘small body extensions’. Trust. To truly trust and believe that the treatment used is effective, safe, reliable, and will assist them. To trust that they will take time to be sure both parent and child understand each step of treatment protocol and that all questions will be answered. To trust that when a stumble happens, that we now have that one professional who knows what to do, when to do, and how to do the healing stages. Because that one professional worked very hard to build their craft, master their skills. And earn my trust.

Today Dr Ashley Worobec provided my 3-month-old daughter with treatment to assist her in what may be a small area for some. But for this new Mom, was a big area of us. And we are grateful for the treatment, the care, and the trust that was provided.

Thank you Dr Ash, and we look forward to seeing the progress (which with a giant smile on this mom’s face as I type this) happened today upon coming home to practice the area in which we need to strengthen a weakness my daughter has. And in a short, extremely short time (1 visit only). Progress did happen. Therefore, we are grateful. We appreciate her quality care and time. And we trust in her methods. I recommend Dr Ashley Worobec for all your physical health rehab & repairing needs. And your ‘small body extensions’. :)” ~Jen M.

“Thank you again for all of your help and the acupuncture really helped her. Once she has some free time she will come visit you and say hello. Within all of the doctors and specialists, you were the only one that really helped us!!!! You are amazing……” ~A.M.

Dr. Ashley is simply the best. I have seen her several times to help with recovery for longer training runs and day to day minor injuries that come up. My body feels like it’s had a mini makeover every time I see her. I feel stronger, more rested and refreshed every time I have a visit with her. She’s also helped my son come back from a knee injury this spring, as well as my sister who sustained a bad injury on the ski hills. She is positive, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and has an encouraging disposition! We always leave the office on a happy note. Thanks for all of the help Dr. Ashley…we are so happy to have met you.
